Terms of Service

These terms are the agreement between you and NEXTVIP LLC (“we”) for the use of NextVip. By creating an account you accept them.

1. What NextVip does

NextVip stores original short-form videos you upload and creates trackable short links with click analytics. Where publishing is enabled, you review the video, destination and publishing options before authorizing an export. Availability depends on each platform's permissions and approval.

If you connect a TikTok Shop creator account, NextVip uses the data TikTok provides only to link your videos to the products you promote and, when you ask, to create your own affiliate links. How that data is stored, protected and deleted is described in the TikTok Shop data section of our Privacy Policy.

NextVip acts on your instructions and with permissions you granted. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by TikTok, Google, YouTube or Meta.

2. Your account

You must be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for what happens under your account, including anything published through the platform accounts you connect. Keep your credentials to yourself; tell us at once if you think someone else has them.

3. What you may publish

You may only put content through NextVip if you have the right to publish it. You may not use NextVip to:

You may only publish videos you created or have the right to distribute.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules. Where the breach is not serious and can be fixed, we will tell you first.

4. Affiliate links

You are responsible for disclosing affiliate relationships wherever the law or the platform requires it. Short links must point to a destination that matches what the surrounding post says it is.

5. Plan, price and limits

NextVip offers one paid plan, Creator. It has hard limits, enforced by the service, because the platform APIs we publish through impose their own daily quotas on us:

Prices are in US dollars. Any taxes that apply are shown at checkout. You can connect one account per network: TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Threads and Pinterest. LinkedIn is not currently offered. A new video is a video you upload or import into NextVip; it counts once and can be published to every connected network. Daily limits reset at 00:00 UTC.

We publish these numbers rather than promising unlimited use, because unlimited use is not something the underlying APIs allow us to deliver. Current pricing is always shown on the pricing section of our home page.

6. Free trial, billing, renewal and cancellation

Each account can use one free trial of 7 days. You enter a payment card at checkout, but you are not charged during the trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the first payment for the billing period you chose (monthly or yearly) is charged automatically when the trial ends, on day 8. One free trial per person: an email address that has already started a free trial cannot start another one, even after the account is deleted and registered again.

Your subscription is billed in advance and renews automatically at the end of each billing period, at the price then in effect, until you cancel. Payments are processed by Stripe, which acts as the merchant of record for your purchase through Link (your statement shows LINK.COM) and collects any applicable sales tax or VAT; we never receive your full card number. If a payment fails, Stripe may retry it, and access to the product features is paused until the payment succeeds.

You can cancel at any time from My plan in your account, which opens Stripe’s secure customer portal. If you cancel during the free trial, you are not charged. If you cancel after a payment, your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for and is not renewed; access to the product features then ends. You can switch between monthly and yearly billing from the same page; Stripe shows the amount, including any proration, before you confirm.

Payments are non-refundable and we do not refund partial billing periods, except where the law requires it or where Stripe, as merchant of record, issues a refund under its own consumer-protection rules. If you believe you were charged in error, write to us within 30 days of the charge and we will review it.

If we change a price, we will tell you by email at least 30 days before it applies to your subscription.

7. Availability

We do not promise uninterrupted service. Publishing depends on platform APIs we do not control: they change, impose quotas, and sometimes reject posts. If a platform refuses a post, NextVip will tell you and retry where it is safe to do so, but we cannot guarantee that any particular video will be published.

8. Your content

Your videos, captions and links remain yours. You grant us only the permission needed to run the service: to store your content, process it, and transmit it to the platforms you selected. That permission ends when you delete the content or close your account.

9. Ending the agreement

You may close your account at any time. We may end this agreement with 30 days’ notice, or immediately if you breach section 3. On closure we delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Liability

NextVip is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits, lost revenue, or damage caused by a platform suspending or restricting your account. Where we are liable, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including liability for fraud.

11. Changes to these terms

We will give you at least 30 days’ notice by email before a change that reduces your rights takes effect. Continuing to use NextVip after that date means you accept the new terms.
