Terms of Service

These terms are the agreement between you and NEXTVIP LLC (“we”) for the use of NextVip. By creating an account you accept them.

1. What NextVip does

NextVip stores original short-form videos you upload and creates trackable short links with click analytics. Where publishing is enabled, you review the video, destination and publishing options before authorizing an export. Availability depends on each platform's permissions and approval. Watermark removal, automatic discovery and general multi-platform distribution are in development.

NextVip acts on your instructions and with permissions you granted. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by TikTok, Google, YouTube or Meta.

2. Your account

You must be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for what happens under your account, including anything published through the platform accounts you connect. Keep your credentials to yourself; tell us at once if you think someone else has them.

3. What you may publish

You may only put content through NextVip if you have the right to publish it. You may not use NextVip to:

• publish content you do not own or have a licence to distribute;
• publish content that is unlawful, harassing, deceptive, or sexual content involving minors;
• impersonate another person or brand;
• point a short link at malware, phishing, or any page designed to deceive the visitor;
• break the terms of TikTok, YouTube, Instagram or Facebook, or work around their rate limits or automation rules.

Removing a watermark does not give you rights over a video. If the video is not yours, removing the watermark and republishing it is still infringement, and it is your responsibility, not ours.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules. Where the breach is not serious and can be fixed, we will tell you first.

4. Affiliate links

You are responsible for disclosing affiliate relationships wherever the law or the platform requires it. Short links must point to a destination that matches what the surrounding post says it is.

5. Plans and limits

Each plan has hard limits, enforced by the service. They exist because the platform APIs we publish through impose their own daily quotas on us:

We publish these numbers rather than promising unlimited use, because unlimited use is not something the underlying APIs allow us to deliver. Current pricing is always shown on the pricing section of our home page.

6. Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through our payment processor and renew automatically until you cancel. Cancelling stops the next renewal; the plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, and your account then returns to Free. We do not refund partial months unless the law requires it.

If we change a price, we will tell you by email at least 30 days before it applies to your subscription.

7. Availability

We do not promise uninterrupted service. Publishing depends on platform APIs we do not control: they change, impose quotas, and sometimes reject posts. If a platform refuses a post, NextVip will tell you and retry where it is safe to do so, but we cannot guarantee that any particular video will be published.

8. Your content

Your videos, captions and links remain yours. You grant us only the permission needed to run the service: to store your content, process it, and transmit it to the platforms you selected. That permission ends when you delete the content or close your account.

9. Ending the agreement

You may close your account at any time. We may end this agreement with 30 days’ notice, or immediately if you breach section 3. On closure we delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Liability

NextVip is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits, lost revenue, or damage caused by a platform suspending or restricting your account. Where we are liable, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including liability for fraud.

11. Changes to these terms

We will give you at least 30 days’ notice by email before a change that reduces your rights takes effect. Continuing to use NextVip after that date means you accept the new terms.
