Data deletion
To delete your NextVip account and its active data, sign in and open the account deletion page. You can review what will be removed before confirming.
Disconnecting TikTok Shop is different: it immediately deletes the TikTok Shop data we hold for that account (tokens, open_id, granted permissions, pending authorizations, webhook events and product associations). Disconnecting a network stops use of that connection; it does not delete your entire account, its history or posts already on the social network.
You can also request a copy, correction or deletion of your data through the contact form. Backups and records needed to handle the request are reviewed separately; disconnecting an account alone does not complete a deletion request.
